Purchases through the App Store
POL credits are bought in the iPhone app as Apple in-app purchases. Apple handles the payment, the receipt and any refund, so POL can’t refund App Store purchases directly or see your payment details.
To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com or open your purchase history in your Apple account, choose the POL purchase and follow Apple’s steps. Apple decides on refund requests under its own policy.
What happens to your credits
When Apple refunds a purchase, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance. For a partial refund, the matching share is removed.
If you already used some of those credits, your balance can go below zero. You’ll need a positive balance before you can publish ads again.
Apple may ask us how many of the purchased credits were used, to help it decide on a request.
Credits charged by mistake
If credits were taken for something that shouldn’t have cost anything — for example a technical error or a charge you don’t recognize — contact support from your account and we’ll check it. When we find a mistake, we put the credits back on your balance.
Things to know
Credits are for using POL’s paid features. They have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money or moved to another account.
Free credits, such as the ones you get for verifying your phone number, can’t be refunded.
If you delete your account, any unused credits are lost once the 30-day recovery period ends.
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
