Browsing and searching listings, messaging sellers, saving ads, on-duty pharmacies and exchange rates are free.
Posting an ad is free. You only need a credit balance above zero to publish it.
What credits are used for
Contact reveals: when someone views your ad's contact details, 1 credit is taken from your balance as the ad's owner. The same person viewing them again within 90 days is free.
Ad translations: translating your ad into another language with AI costs 1 credit per language.
If your balance runs out, your ads are paused so they can’t use credits you don’t have. Buy credits, then publish them again from My ads.
Free credits
You get 20 free credits the first time you verify your phone number.
How to buy
Credits are bought in the POL iPhone app through the App Store, and are added to your account right away. Your balance is the same on the app and the website.
Buying credits on the website and on Android isn't available yet. Contact support if you need credits and don't have an iPhone.
